Cilincing UP PKB Starts to Operate

Renovation on Cilincing Vehicle Testing Service Unit (UP PKB) building has been done and it starts to operate since Monday (2/18).

Now, we are ready to serve

Cilincing UP PKB Head, Ardi Cahyadi stated, renovation has started since September 2018 and completed in December 2018. But his side needs to prepare the place and move their documents first.

"Now, we are ready to serve people who want to test their vehicles, conduct vehicle-ownership transfer administration, stop operation, and retest their vehicles," he conveyed, Thursday (2/21).

This office is open at 7.30 AM-4 PM on Monday to Thursday and 7.30 AM-4.30 PM on Friday. Moreover, it is also open on Saturday at 7.30 AM-12 PM.

Cilincing UP PKB implements online booking system for vehicle testing schedule. It can process up to 100 administration documents per day.

Now, it also has waiting room with air conditioner, CCTV and information board. He hopes this renovation can enhance its service quality, transparent information, and customer convenience.

"Soon, we also plan to add more chairs in waitin g room and build coffee corner to make customers feel comfort," he added.
